We Are Looking for: SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT INTERN

Department: Information Systems

Direct Manager: Head of Information Systems

Assigned Mentor: Head of Information Systems

Working %: 100%

Position Based in: Abidjan, HQ

Type of Contract: Fixed-Term Internship Contract under Ivorian law; (3) months Renewable

Position to be filled: As soon as possible

Your Role in the team

Key Responsibilities:

·       Digital Tool Rollout Support

  •          Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of new systems and tools.

  •          Collaborate with project managers and IT teams during the implementation process.

  •          Participate in internal meetings and implementation check-ins.

·       User Training & Onboarding

  •          Contribute to the development of training materials, user manuals, and onboarding guides.

  •          Support the delivery of user training sessions (virtual or in-person).

  •          Provide first-line user support and troubleshooting during rollout.

·       Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  •          Collect and document user feedback and issues.

  •          Analyze feedback for trends and recurring issues.

  •          Support iterative improvements by liaising with technical teams and contributing to product enhancement discussions.

·       Documentation & Reporting

  •          Maintain logs of user queries, bug reports, and resolution tracking.

  •          Document process improvements and best practices.

  •          Assist in preparing weekly implementation progress reports.

 

Job requirements

Who can apply ?

  •          Final-year undergraduate or graduate students based in Côte d’Ivoire.

  •          Recent graduates (within the past year) Students based in Cote d’Ivoire.

Qualifications & Professional experience required

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

o   Information Technology (IT)

o   Computer Science

o   Information Systems

o   Business Information Technology

o   Software Engineering

o   Management Information Systems (MIS)

Additional Educational Preferences:

  •          Coursework or certifications in project management, digital systems, or business analysis is a plus.

  •          Familiarity with basic IT support principles or systems lifecycle (gained through academic projects, internships, or workshops).

Your Superpowers

Technical & Functional Skills:

  •          Basic understanding of software implementation or IT systems (e.g., SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, or digital tools).

  •          Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

  •          Competence in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

  •          Ability to create user-friendly guides and documentation.

Soft Skills:

  •          Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  •          Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  •          Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

  •          Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have):

  •          Prior internship or project experience in IT support, digital transformation, or user onboarding.

  •          Basic knowledge of UX principles or user testing.

  •          Experience with survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, Typeform) for collecting feedback.

  •          Good command of French and English (written and spoken preferred).
