We Are Looking for: HR GENERALIST INTERN

Department: Human Resources

Direct Manager: Head of Human Resources

Assigned Mentor: Head of Human Resources

Working %: 100%

Position Based in: Abidjan, HQ

Type of Contract: Fixed-Term Internship Contract under Ivorian law; (3) months Renewable

Position to be filled: As soon as possible

Your Role in the team

Mission

The role of the HR Generalist Intern is supportive of the HQ office HR Management, personnel administration and recruitment in compliance with policies and procedures.

Main responsibilities / Activities

  1.        HR Administration and Management

  •          Support in preparing, updating, and filing personnel records.

  •          Assist in tracking leave, absences, and internal movements.

  •          Help update organizational charts and SharePoint.

2.        Recruitment and Onboarding

  •          Participate in posting job advertisements and organizing interviews.

  •          Contribute to the coordination of interviews and tests.

  •          Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

3.        Learning and Development

  •          Provide logistical support for training sessions.

  •          Contribute to updating the training database.

4.        HR Analysis and Reporting

  •          Assist in collecting, verifying, and consolidating HR data.

  •          Monitor HR dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and monthly reporting.

  •          Participate in improving HR tracking tools (Excel dashboards, monthly reports).

5.        Other

  •          Support the HR team in cross-functional projects and initiatives (well-being, corporate culture, internal events, etc.).

  •          Carry out any other tasks assigned by management related to the position.

Job requirements

Who can apply ?

  •          Final-year undergraduate or graduate students based in Côte d’Ivoire.

  •          Recent graduates (within the past year) Students based in Cote d’Ivoire.

Qualifications & Professional experience required

  •          Master’s degree in human resources, Management, Administration, or a related field.

Your Superpowers

  •          Basic knowledge of HR management (recruitment, administration, training, etc.).

  •          Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level) for data analysis.

  •          Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  •          Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality.

  •          Strong analytical and synthesis skills.

  •          Good command of French and English (written and spoken preferred).
