We Are Looking for: CONSULTANT – INTEGRITY LINE PILOT IMPLEMENTATION

Position Based in: Remote/HQ, Migration Mission (Nouadhibou) and Chad Mission

Mobility: Travel required to Nouadhibou and Chad

Type of Contract: Consultancy Fixed-Term Contract under Ivorian law (approx. 27 consultancy days over 2 months)

Objectives

Support the People Safeguarding & Inclusion Unit in the preparation, testing and implementation of the Integrity Line pilots in the Migration and Chad Missions, contributing to a functional, accessible and context-appropriate rollout of the platform. The assignment will support final platform readiness, user training and sensitisation, field testing, structured feedback collection, and consolidation of lessons for subsequent implementation.

Main responsibilities

·       Prepare and/or adapt training, communication, sensitisation, user-guidance and feedback-collection materials for the pilots.

·       Conduct pre-pilot testing of Integrity Line, including reporting and case-management functionalities, and document technical or functional issues requiring follow-up.

·       Provide functional support for final platform readiness, configuration and practical use.

·       Support preparation and coordination with the Migration and Chad Missions ahead of each pilot.

·       Facilitate training and sensitisation of relevant users, demonstrate and test reporting and case-management functionalities, provide practical user support, and collect structured feedback during the pilots.

·       Identify technical, functional, accessibility and user-adoption challenges and support follow-up on priority adjustments, using lessons from the Migration pilot to adapt the approach for the Chad pilot where needed.

·       Prepare a brief feedback summary for each pilot and a concise final summary consolidating key lessons, challenges and priority recommendations for subsequent Integrity Line implementation.

Education

University degree in Human Rights, Humanitarian Action, International Development, Social Sciences, Law, Psychology or another relevant field. Additional training or demonstrated experience in safeguarding, complaints and feedback mechanisms, case management, or digital reporting systems would be an asset.

Competencies

·       Strong facilitation, communication, analytical and documentation skills.

·       Good understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding principles.

·       Ability to support user testing, training, sensitisation and structured collection and analysis of user feedback.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with HQ, mission and technical stakeholders and adapt approaches to different operational contexts.

Professional experience required

• At least five years of experience in safeguarding, protection, complaints and feedback mechanisms, case management, confidential reporting systems, or related humanitarian work.

• Demonstrated experience supporting digital reporting or case-management platforms, user testing, training, sensitisation, and collection and analysis of user feedback is desirable.

• Previous experience with Integrity Line or a similar platform is an advantage.

• Availability to travel to the Migration and Chad Missions.

Languages Skills

• Full professional proficiency in French.

• Good working proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.

Computer Skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Comfortable using digital reporting and case-management platforms; experience with Integrity Line or a similar platform is an advantage.
