About the WaCA NextGen Talent Program

This program offers students and recent graduates in Côte d’Ivoire a chance to contribute to MSF WaCA’s mission through structured internships at our Abidjan HQ. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and be part of real humanitarian projects.

We Are Looking for: FINANCE INTERN

Department: Finance

Direct Manager: Chief Accountant

Assigned Mentor: The Accountant

Working %: 100%

Position Based in: Abidjan, HQ

Type of Contract: Fixed-Term Internship Contract under Ivorian law; (6) months Renewable

Position to be filled: As soon as possible

Your Role in the team

Assist the finance/accounting team in managing and processing financial operations while gaining practical experience in general and analytical accounting.

Who can apply ?

§  Final-year graduate students based in Côte d’Ivoire.

§  Recent graduates (within the past year) Students based in Cote d’Ivoire.

Qualifications & Professional experience required

§  Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field, or currently pursuing studies (second year or above) in one of these disciplines;

§  An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will also be considered.

Your Superpowers

§  Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel;

§  Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional discretion;

§  Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

§  Basic knowledge of OHADA accounting (Mandatory)
